Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The rooms are well-stocked and have great views of the mountains. The location is unbeatable and stunning, it's short walk to the center of all the pubs and shopping, and bar restaurant. There's Kayne's Bar & Brasserie with nice shots walking distance from the venue...

staff at the hotel were very helpful at all times, they even provided us with a flask of hot water for our picnic! Great easy parking and ideal location to walk to centre of town where there's lots of places to eat. The swimming pool was lovely,we had it completely to ourselves.
I wouldn't bother eating in the hotel as the food is only average and there's lovely restaurants in town with nicer food, and cheaper too! Otherwise I cant fault the hotel,it was excellent all round.

fantastic spot for exploring parks and town landmarks
i had a wonderful time wandering around the beautiful town, with st mary's cathedral just 1.5 km away and the fine old boathouse trail less than a 5-minute walk from my room, making it easy to enjoy both the park views and local culture.

i would like to clarify.. most staff were pleasant.. but we did have a waitress.. who presented me with a dirty plate & when I asked for a clean one.. she didnt apologise... Also, she spoke to another guest in a v.poor manner... most of staff were pleasant enough Locaton etc. was lovely..
Like i said above staff attitude.. during wedding... but the bad out weighed the good.. dats the memory i take away.. which is a shame... Receptionist & Manager were lovely.

The breakfast room and the bistro were very spacious. The staff in the bistro were very accomodating to our needs regarding feeding a toddler. The dinner was very enjoyable and the value for the quality of food was second to none. I would recommend this hotel.
